Obituary for Patricia Ann "Pat" Dille (Ryan)
Patricia Ann “Pat” Dille, 86, of Shippensburg, passed away the morning of Sunday, June 5, 2022 at her home.
She was born on July 27, 1935 in Fairmont, WV, a daughter of the late Roy C. and Gladys (Norris) Ryan.
Pat was a 1953 graduate of the Moundsville High School, West Virginia. She enjoyed playing Mexican Train Dominoes with her friends on Thursday nights. Most of all, she loved her family, especially her children and grandchildren. Pat was also a member of the Nazarene Church.
She is survived by three children, Richard A. (Patricia E.) Dille of Newburg, Sharon Y. Butman of Martinsburg, WV, and Sheryll A. (John) Kidder of Moorpark, CA; ten grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Louise Adams and Carolyn (Robert) Snyder.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Harley Richard Dille who passed away on August 14, 2016. Also preceding her in death is one sister, Dorothy Pettit.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Fogelsanger-Bricker Funeral Home & Crematorium, Inc., Shippensburg. A celebration of life service will be held on Saturday, June 18, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. in the Moundsville Church of the Nazarene, 1801 1st St., Moundsville, WV 26041. There will be no viewing or visitation prior to the service.
A second celebration of Pat’s life will be held locally at 1:00 p.m., on Saturday, August 20, 2022, at the Shippensburg Church of the Nazarene at 429 East Orange Street, Shippensburg, PA 17257.
