Obituary

Patricia Ann “Patti” Coldsmith, 67, of Shippensburg, passed away on Sunday, February 21, 2021 at her home.

Born Sunday, June 7, 1953 in Chambersburg, she was a daughter of the late Elwood Charles and Evelyn Drolsbaugh Page.

She was a 1971 graduate of the Shippensburg Area Senior High School. She retired in 2019 from the Shippensburg University as a Fiscal Assistant.

Patti was a member of the Memorial Lutheran Church. She was a member of the Chambersburg Quilt Guild and enjoyed camping.

She is survived by her husband of 47 years, Daniel Charles Coldsmith; one son, Gregory M. Coldsmith; one daughter, Kelly R. Coldsmith, all of Shippensburg; three grandchildren, Blake, Aubrey and Madison; one brother, Ronald Page, Honey Grove; and one sister, Linda Flood, Walnut Bottom.

Funeral services and burial will be private.

I so enjoyed working with Patti at the university. Through all of the challenges in her life, she always had a smile and enjoyed interacting with her coworkers. She was very much loved by all of her friends and will be missed. I am keeping all of you in my prayers.

My deepest condolences to Patti's family. I have known her since we were in 1st grade, 6 years old, grew up together on the same street.
It is hard to think that she will no longer be on Scrafford Street. Sending prayers for God's peace to her husband , son, daughter and grandchildren . Linda and Ronnie, you will be in my prayers as you grieve the loss of your sister.

Please know how sorry i am to hear about the passing of Patti. I worked in the Registrar's Office next to the Fiscal Office where Patti worked. Also so sweet & kind & enjoyed talking with her any chance i would have. She will be dearly missed.
