Obituary for Nancy K. Sleighter (Graham)
Nancy K. Sleighter, 81, of Shippensburg, passed away Friday, July 22, 2022 at home.
She was born November 13, 1940 in Newville, PA. Nancy was a daughter of the late Emory and Helen Bistline Graham.
She retired from Reeves-Hoffman Company in Carlisle. Nancy was a member of the Blue Mountain Brethren in Christ Church. She enjoyed adult coloring, word search, and sewing. Nancy was a good and faithful Christian and loved her church. She loved being with her family.
In addition to her parents, Nancy was preceded in death by her first husband, John W. Adams and her second husband, Roger Sleighter. She also was preceded in death by three daughters, Kathlene Varner, Betty McCoawn, and Pamela Rourke, one son-in-law, Elmer Flory, one sister, Ruth Mutterspaugh, and one brother, Harvey Graham.
Nancy is survived by two daughters, Polly Pringle and Robin Flory; two sisters, Mildred Piper and Edna Piper; one brother, Wade Graham; eight grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, July 26, 2022 at 7 p.m. in the Fogelsanger-Bricker Funeral Home & Crematorium, Shippensburg. Officiating will be The Rev. Luke Holtry. A viewing will be held Tuesday evening from 5-7 p.m. in the funeral home.
