Kelsey A. Reagan, 26, of Shippensburg, passed away the evening of Wednesday, January 4, 2023 at the Chambersburg Hospital with her loving mother and father by her side.

She was born on February 28, 1996 in Chambersburg, a daughter to Terry L. and Michelle L. (Goshert) Reagan.

Kelsey was a 2014 graduate of the Shippensburg Area Senior High School. She was very artistic and enjoyed photography, drawing, and painting. Kelsey also had a love for animals, especially her miniature labradoodle, Thunder. Most of all, Kelsey loved her family and looking after her little nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by one sister, Dana Reagan; one brother, Jessie (Ana) Souders; paternal grandmother, Florence E. Reagan; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Fogelsanger-Bricker Funeral Home & Crematorium, Inc., Shippensburg. There will be no public viewing, visitation, or service at this time. A celebration of life service will be held at a later date and time.
