Judith L. “Judy” Lynch Mowery, 75, of Blairs Mills, formally of Shippensburg, passed away the evening of Friday, June 17, 2022 at her home.

She was born on May 28, 1947 in Chambersburg, a daughter of the late Raymond L. and Nellie M. (Welsh) Craig.

Judy loved playing bingo at the Shippensburg Firefighters Activity Center. She also enjoyed camping and loved her dog, Fefe.

She is survived by her three children, Michelle (Jeffrey) Imler of Newburg, Jimmie (Shelly Gilbert) Lynch of Blairs Mills, and Raymond “Boots” (Jeanetta) Lynch of Shippensburg; 19 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; one sister, Deborah (Harley) O’Neal of Mench; two stepdaughters, Teresa (Chris) Santay and Deborah (Carl) Souders; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Lester Lynch; grandson, Levi J. Lynch; one brother; and three sisters.

Graveside services will be held on Friday, June 24, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. in the Parklawn Memorial Gardens. Pastor Bruce Levy will officiate.
