Fred's passing is a great loss for our community. A truly devoted family man, a dedicated community servant and a good friend to many. May the memories of Fred's goodness & genuine love sustain Barbara, Brenda and their families as they struggle to adjust to his mortal absence. Fred can now soar as on the wings of eagles; Isaiah 40: 31. Marian's arms await her beloved. With Sincere Sympathy, Shirley A. Weller
