Obituary for Elizabeth L. Bausher (Sturdevant)
Elizabeth L. “Betty” Bausher, 90, of Orbisonia, formerly of Boyertown, passed away Thursday, March 2, 2023.
She was born September 11, 1932 in Reading, PA. Betty was a daughter of the late John and Caroline McCluskie Sturdevant.
She was a waitress for over 40 years, retiring in 2008 from Dutch Colony at the age of 75. Betty had a very close relationship with her nieces and nephews throughout her entire life. She enjoyed nature walks, needle work and traveling.
Betty is survived by her daughter, Lorraine C. (Weidner) Hamilton and her husband James P. of Neelyton, and a number of nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death two sisters, Helen Weidner and Harriet Conrad, and a brother, John W. Sturdevant.
Services will be private.
