Obituary for Dorothy L. Baker (McHenry)
Dorothy L. Baker, 76, of Shippensburg, passed away Sunday, April 18, 2021 at home.
She was born Monday, August 21, 1944 in Chambersburg, PA. Dorothy was a daughter of the late Peter and Helen Annabelle (Shoemaker) McHenry.
She retired from Knouse Foods, Peach Glen with over 37 years of service.
Dorothy is survived by two sons, Harold R. Baker, Jr. and his wife Candy, Jeffrey A. Baker, Sr. and his wife Victoria, two daughters, Crystal L. Craig and her husband Kristopher all of Shippensburg and Tonya J. Neil of West Virginia, 16 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren, two brothers, Larry and Melvin McHenry of Shippensburg and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Harold R. “Dick” Baker, Sr. who passed away October 13, 2012. One brother, June McHenry is also deceased.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, April 22, 2021 at 11 a.m. in the Fogelsanger-Bricker Funeral Home & Crematorium, Shippensburg. Officiating will be Pastor Bruce Levy. Burial will be in the Parklawns Memorial Gardens, Chambersburg. A viewing will be held Wednesday evening from 6 p.m. until 7 p.m. in the funeral home.
