Obituary for Denise R. "Robin" Naugle (Daley)
Denise “Robin” Naugle, 64, of Shippensburg, PA, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, May 18, 2022 in the Chambersburg Hospital, surrounded by her loving family.
Born Thursday, April 24, 1958 in Hagerstown, MD, she was a daughter of Shirley E. Pittman Ankrom of Hagerstown, MD.
Denise was a former babysitter for many years and was previously employed at Giant Foods in Chambersburg. Most of all, she was a full time mother.
Denise struggled a long battle with Multiple Sclerosis for 25 years, and the pain is now over. She was known for her sweet personality and warm heart and was “Mom” and “GaGa to many.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by her three children, Michelle Naugle and her fiancé Christopher Skaggs of Shippensburg, Crystal Naugle, Shippensburg, and Jeremiah (wife Courtney) Naugle of Waverley, Iowa; two sisters, Beth (husband Rodney) McGowan of Martinsburg, WV and Lisa Kline of Hagerstown, MD; nine grandchildren, Angel, Faith, Hope, Alexander, Jaxon, Shawn, Callie, Caleb, and Everlee, with whom she cherished with every beat of her heart, and two nieces, Misty Covington and Amy Jackson.
She was preceded in death by her step father, Daniel Ankrom, maternal grandmother, Daisy Pittman and two brothers, Eric Ankrom and Daniel “Rick” Daley.
A celebration of life service will be held Monday, May 23, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. in the Fogelsanger-Bricker Funeral Home & Crematorium Inc. with The Rev. Marlin A. “Butch” Neil officiating. Burial will be private. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service on Monday, at the funeral home.
