Obituary for Chester S. Yohe

Chester S.  Yohe
Chester S. Yohe, 89, of Shippensburg, passed away Saturday, January 9, 2021 at Menno Haven.

He was born July 22, 1931 In Upper Mifflin Township, Cumberland County PA. Chester was a son of the late Irvin and Clara (Reed) Yohe.

Chester retired from the Letterkenny Army Depot. He attended the Green Spring Brethren in Christ Church, Newville. Chester was a United States Army Veteran of the Korean War.

He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Crystal E. (Dyarman) Yohe, three children, Larry C. Yohe and his wife Jeanne and Gary L. Yohe and his wife Christy all of Shippensburg and Karen P. Schlauder and her fiancée Doug Shively of Camp Hill, four grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, one brother, Irvin Yohe, Jr. of Shippensburg and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by one granddaughter, Jessica M. Fulton, three brothers and four sisters.

Private burial will be held in the Spring Hill Cemetery.
